🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

In this role, you will play a critical part in driving sales growth and operational efficiency across the UK region. As a Regional Sales Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales analysts and coordinating with district managers to optimize store performance. You will analyze data, identify trends, and develop strategies to improve sales, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement

* Develop and execute strategies to increase sales, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance employee engagement

* Collaborate with district managers to identify and address operational issues and implement process improvements

* Lead a team of sales analysts to provide sales and operational support to stores

* Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including store managers, district managers, and corporate teams

* Identify opportunities for cost savings and implement process improvements to increase efficiency

* Monitor and analyze sales performance, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement metrics to inform business decisions

* Collaborate with corporate teams to develop and implement sales and operational initiatives

* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

* 5+ years of experience in sales operations, retail, or a related field

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

* Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving operational efficiency

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

* Excellent communication and collaboration skills

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

* Experience working with data analysis tools and software

* Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

* Experience working in the home improvement retail industry

* Certification in sales operations or a related field

* Strong knowledge of sales analytics and data visualization tools

* Experience leading a team of sales analysts

* Salary range: £50,000 - £80,000 per annum
