π― ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Regional Store Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of multiple stores in southwestern Germany, ensuring seamless execution of our business strategies and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will report directly to the Regional Director and play a key role in driving growth, improving efficiency, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Your impact will be felt throughout the region, as you contribute to the success of our stores and the satisfaction of our customers.
π KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
. Develop and implement store operations strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase operational efficiency.
. Manage store teams, providing guidance, coaching, and training to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality product presentation.
. Conduct regular store visits to monitor performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
. Collaborate with regional directors and other stakeholders to develop and execute regional business plans.
. Analyze sales data and customer feedback to inform inventory management, pricing strategies, and marketing initiatives.
. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and external partners to ensure smooth inventory management and logistics.
. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, store standards, and company policies.
. Lead store-level initiatives and projects, driving process improvements and cost reductions.
. Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure store performance and identify areas for improvement.
β REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
. 5+ years of experience in retail operations, management, or a related field.
. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
. Proven track record of driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and increasing operational efficiency.
. Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in coaching and developing store teams.
. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees, customers, and external partners.
. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data analysis and performance metrics.
. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in using data analysis tools and software.
. Valid driver's license and ability to travel frequently throughout the region.
. Fluency in German and English (written and spoken).
β PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
. Experience in the retail industry, particularly in store operations, management, or a related field.
. MBA or advanced degree in Business Administration or a related field.
. Certification in inventory management, supply chain management, or a related field.
. Experience with store-level financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
. Familiarity with industry-leading technology and software, including CRM systems, inventory management tools, and data analytics platforms.
