🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Regional Supply Chain Optimization Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient distribution of products across our stores in Germany. You will report directly to the Head of Supply Chain and will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing our supply chain processes to improve our logistics and reduce costs. Your work will have a direct impact on the satisfaction of our customers and the growth of our business.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and implement supply chain optimization strategies to improve logistics efficiency and reduce costs.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including merchandising, operations, and logistics, to ensure seamless execution of supply chain processes.

Analyze data to identify areas of improvement in the supply chain and develop recommendations to address these issues.

Implement and manage projects to improve inventory management, transportation, and warehousing processes.

Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives to improve profitability.

Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to negotiate better prices and improve service levels.

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain optimization or a related field.

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience in analyzing data to identify areas of improvement in supply chain processes and developing recommendations to address these issues.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

Proficiency in MS Office and experience with data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or Tableau.

Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience working in the food retail industry.

Certification in supply chain management or a related field.

Fluent German language skills (written and spoken).
