šÆ ROLE OVERVIEW
As the Remote ALDI Mexico Digital Transformation Project Manager ā Retail Operations Excellence, you will be responsible for leading and managing complex digital transformation projects that drive operational excellence and efficiency in our Mexican retail operations. This is a remote work position, and you will report directly to the Country Head of Operations in Mexico. Your impact will be felt across the organization, as you work to identify and implement process improvements, streamline operations, and increase efficiency through the effective use of technology.
š KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Plan, manage, and deliver digital transformation projects that drive operational excellence and efficiency in our Mexican retail operations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, logistics, and IT to identify and prioritize areas for improvement
Develop and implement process improvements, including the use of technology to streamline operations and increase efficiency
Analyze data and metrics to measure the success of projects and identify areas for further improvement
Provide coaching and support to store managers and other teams on the effective use of technology and digital tools
Communicate project status and results to stakeholders, including senior management and the Country Head of Operations
Contribute to the development of the digital transformation strategy for our Mexican retail operations
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital transformation and operational excellence
ā REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years of experience in a project management or operations role, with a focus on digital transformation and process improvement
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and metrics
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Experience with project management methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with project management tools such as Asana or Trello
ā PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
Certification in project management, such as PMP or Agile
Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
Knowledge of retail operations and logistics, particularly in the Mexican market

Salary range: 50,000 - 80,000 MXN per month
