π― ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Technical Content Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the development and maintenance of our product information and technical documentation. You will be responsible for researching and creating high-quality content, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy and consistency, and collaborating with our external partners to provide the best possible customer experience. You will report to our Senior Content Manager and will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects and initiatives that impact our customers and business.
π KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Research and create technical content for our product catalog, including product descriptions, specifications, and installation guides
- Collaborate with our product development teams to ensure that product documentation is accurate and up-to-date
- Work with our external partners to develop and maintain high-quality content for our customer-facing platforms
- Develop and implement content governance processes and procedures to ensure consistency and accuracy across all content channels
- Provide training and support to our sales and customer service teams on product information and technical documentation
- Analyze customer feedback and usage data to identify areas for improvement in our content and customer experience
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including product suppliers and external partners
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure that our content is relevant and accurate
- Collaborate with our marketing and communications teams to develop and implement content marketing strategies
- Participate in cross-functional teams to develop and implement new projects and initiatives
- Provide input and feedback on content-related projects and initiatives
- Participate in content audits and quality assurance processes to ensure compliance with company standards
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for our internal teams
- Provide support for content-related projects and initiatives as needed
- Collaborate with our IT team to ensure that content is accessible and usable on our customer-facing platforms
- Participate in content-related training and development programs to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

β REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of experience in a technical writing or content coordination role
- Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, or a related field
- Strong research and writing skills, with the ability to create high-quality content quickly and accurately
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and external partners
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze customer feedback and usage data to identify areas for improvement
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and other technical tools
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and other web development technologies
- Familiarity with industry trends and best practices in technical writing and content coordination
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organization and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
- Fluency in German (written and spoken) and English (written and spoken)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
