šŸŽÆ ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Remote Customer Success Manager – Fintech Solutions, you will be responsible for ensuring that our fintech clients have a seamless and successful experience with our products and services. You will work closely with our sales team to identify new business opportunities, develop and implement retention strategies, and provide exceptional customer service to our clients. You will report to our Senior Manager of Customer Success and will be an integral part of our growing fintech team.

šŸ“‹ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Develop and maintain strong relationships with our fintech clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs. Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services to our clients.* Collaborate with our sales team to develop and implement new business strategies, including lead generation and conversion.* Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, including responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating complex problems to our internal teams.* Work closely with our product development team to identify new features and functionality that will meet the evolving needs of our fintech clients.* Develop and track key performance metrics to measure customer success, including client satisfaction ratings, retention rates, and revenue growth.* Participate in our quarterly business reviews to provide insights and recommendations to our leadership team.

āœ… REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

* 5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field.* Proven track record of driving revenue growth and improving client satisfaction.* Strong understanding of the fintech industry and the needs of fintech companies.* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.* Experience with CRM software and other sales and customer success tools.

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

* 7+ years of experience in customer success or a related field.* Certification in customer success or a related field (e.g. CSIA, HubSpot).* Experience with data analysis and reporting, including the use of tools like Excel and Tableau.* Familiarity with fintech products and services, including digital payment systems, lending platforms, and investment tools.
