🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Remote Digital Content Strategist, you will play a key role in shaping the content strategy for our e-commerce platform, driving customer engagement, and contributing to the growth of our online business. Reporting to the Digital Content Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute content plans that meet business objectives. Your impact will be measured by increases in customer satisfaction, sales, and brand loyalty.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and execute comprehensive content strategies to drive customer engagement and conversion on our e-commerce platform.

Create and curate high-quality content across multiple channels, including blog posts, social media, email newsletters, and product descriptions.

Collaborate with the product development team to ensure content aligns with product launches and promotions.

Work with the marketing team to create cohesive campaigns and promotions that drive sales and customer loyalty.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to inform content decisions.

Measure and report on content performance, providing data-driven insights to inform future content strategies.

Analyze customer feedback and sentiment to identify opportunities for content improvement.

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum 3 years of experience in digital content strategy, marketing, or a related field.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Proven track record of developing and executing successful content strategies that drive customer engagement and conversion.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor content for diverse audiences.

Proficiency in content management systems, such as WordPress or Drupal.

Familiarity with analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, to measure content performance.
