šÆ ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Strategy Coordinator to join our e-commerce team in Germany. This individual will play a crucial role in developing, implementing, and executing digital marketing strategies to improve online customer engagement and drive sales, reporting directly to the Marketing Manager. The successful candidate will have a profound understanding of the e-commerce landscape and the ability to create and execute compelling online marketing campaigns that meet our business objectives.
š KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
. Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to promote Burger King's e-commerce platform, drive traffic, and increase online sales.
. Collaborate with the cross-functional team to design and execute email marketing campaigns, social media promotions, and search engine optimization (SEO) techniques to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
. Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor analysis, and customer behavior.
. Design and create content for social media, blog posts, and email marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience.
. Work closely with the creative team to develop visually appealing and effective marketing materials.
. Analyze campaign performance using data analytics tools and provide insights to inform future marketing strategies.
. Manage and optimize our e-commerce platform's user experience to improve customer engagement and conversion rates.
. Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies to ensure Burger King remains competitive in the market.
ā REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
. 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, particularly in e-commerce and marketing strategy development.
. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
. Proven track record of developing and implementing successful digital marketing strategies that drive sales and customer engagement.
. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and paid advertising.
. Experience with marketing automation tools, such as Marketo or Pardot, is a plus.
. Strong communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
ā PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
. Experience in the fast-food industry or a similar retail environment.
. Knowledge of Google Analytics and conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques.
. Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, such as Shopify or Magento.
. Certification in digital marketing, such as Google Analytics or HubSpot.
