šÆ ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Remote Digital Transformation Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading the digital transformation of AutoZone's UK operations. You will report to the CIO and will be responsible for developing and implementing a digital strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify key areas for improvement and develop solutions that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
š KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
. Develop and implement a comprehensive digital transformation strategy for AutoZone's UK operations, aligning with the company's business objectives and industry best practices.
. Lead the development and implementation of digital solutions, including but not limited to, e-commerce platforms, mobile apps, and data analytics tools.
. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify key areas for improvement and develop solutions that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
. Work closely with external partners to identify and leverage emerging technologies and trends that can benefit AutoZone's UK operations.
. Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring successful delivery of digital transformation initiatives.
. Provide strategic guidance and support to the CIO and senior management on digital transformation efforts, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including employees, customers, and external partners, to ensure clear understanding of digital transformation efforts and progress.
. Identify and mitigate risks associated with digital transformation initiatives, ensuring continuous improvement and innovation.
. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying knowledge and expertise to inform digital transformation strategy.
ā REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
. 8+ years of experience in digital transformation, IT management, or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
. Strong technical skills, including experience with agile methodologies, cloud computing, and data analytics tools.
. Excellent leadership and project management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
. Experience working with e-commerce platforms, mobile apps, and other digital solutions.
ā PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
. Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
. Experience working with emerging technologies, such as artificial intelligence, blockchain, or the Internet of Things.
. Certification in digital transformation, IT project management, or a related field.
. Proven experience working with cloud-based platforms, such as AWS or Azure.
. Familiarity with Agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban.

We are offering a competitive salary of £50,000 - £80,000 per annum, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, pension scheme, and 20 days' annual leave. You will also receive a £1,000 training and development budget, as well as the opportunity to work remotely or from our UK office.
