🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Remote Digital Transformation Project Manager, you will play a critical role in facilitating the implementation of digital initiatives at Chick-fil-A's German operations. Reporting directly to the Director of Digital Strategy, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes, improve processes, and enhance customer experience. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the development and execution of digital transformation projects, ensuring timely delivery and effective adoption.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and maintain project roadmaps to align with business objectives and stakeholder expectations

• Conduct needs assessments, gather requirements, and create detailed project plans

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, vendors, and external partners to facilitate project execution

• Establish and track project metrics, ensuring timely completion and quality deliverables

• Provide expert-level guidance on digital transformation strategies and best practices

• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and vendors

• Conduct regular project status updates and ensure alignment with organizational goals

• Analyze project feedback and implement improvements to drive continuous learning and growth

• Collaborate with the digital strategy team to stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and emerging technologies

• Ensure compliance with project management methodologies, regulatory requirements, and company policies

• Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports

• Identify and mitigate project risks, developing contingency plans as needed

• Facilitate knowledge transfer and ensure successful knowledge handover to other teams and stakeholders

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a digital transformation or technology-related field

• Proven track record of delivering successful projects on time, on budget, and to stakeholder expectations

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders

• Proficient in project management tools and methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall

• Experience working with cloud-based platforms, data analytics, and AI/ML technologies

• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and data protection laws in the European Union

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple projects and priorities simultaneously

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field

• PMP or Agile certification

• Experience working in the quick-service restaurant industry or a similar sector

• Proficiency in languages other than English, particularly German or Spanish

• Familiarity with digital transformation frameworks and methodologies

• Experience working with cloud-based platforms, data analytics, and AI/ML technologies

• Strong understanding of data-driven decision-making and business intelligence
