🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

The Remote Digital Transformation Specialist will play a key role in driving the digital transformation of Goodwill's operations, leveraging technology to improve efficiency, productivity, and customer experience. This individual will report directly to the Director of Operations and work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for digital improvement and develop solutions to drive business outcomes. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on Goodwill's operations and contribute to the organization's mission to empower people and communities.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Conduct thorough analysis of Goodwill's business processes and identify areas for digital transformation

* Develop and implement solutions to improve efficiency, productivity, and customer experience using digital technologies

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement digital solutions, including software development, data analytics, and cybersecurity

* Provide training and support to Goodwill staff on digital tools and technologies

* Develop and maintain digital dashboards and metrics to measure the effectiveness of digital transformation initiatives

* Stay up-to-date with emerging digital trends and technologies and provide recommendations for their adoption

* Work closely with the Director of Operations to develop and implement digital transformation strategies aligned with Goodwill's overall business goals

* Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of Goodwill's operations and business processes

* Collaborate with the IT team to design and implement digital solutions that meet Goodwill's technical requirements

* Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners to ensure successful delivery of digital transformation projects

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

* 5+ years of experience in digital transformation, business analysis, or a related field

* Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field

* Proven experience in designing and implementing digital solutions to drive business outcomes

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform business decisions

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

* Experience with software development, data analytics, and cybersecurity is a plus

* Fluency in Spanish and English is required

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

* Experience working with non-profit organizations or in the social sector is a plus

* Certification in Digital Transformation, Business Analysis, or a related field is a plus

* Experience with project management methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall, is a plus

* Familiarity with digital tools and technologies, such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or Google Analytics, is a plus

The team is comprised of 10 members, including the Director of Operations and several analysts and specialists. We work collaboratively to drive digital transformation initiatives and support Goodwill's overall business goals. Our team is known for its expertise, passion, and commitment to making a difference in the lives of people and communities. Recent wins include the development of a digital dashboard to measure the effectiveness of Goodwill's job training programs and the implementation of a new digital platform to improve customer engagement.
