🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As our new Remote E-commerce Operations Manager, you'll play a critical role in driving the optimization of our global supply chain for e-commerce. Reporting directly to the Director of Operations, you'll lead a team of experienced professionals to identify areas of improvement and implement strategies to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction. Your impact will be felt across the organization, as you'll work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and excellence.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

. Develop and execute a comprehensive supply chain strategy to drive e-commerce growth and efficiency.

. Lead a team of operations professionals to identify and implement process improvements, with a focus on reducing costs and improving customer satisfaction.

. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including logistics, transportation, and procurement, to ensure seamless execution of e-commerce operations.

. Analyze data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of supply chain initiatives and make data-driven decisions.

. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams.

. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying insights to drive continuous improvement.

. Manage and mentor a team of operations professionals to drive career growth and development.

. Identify and mitigate risks to e-commerce operations, ensuring business continuity and compliance.

. Develop and implement process improvement plans, with a focus on reducing costs and improving efficiency.

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

. 5+ years of experience in supply chain operations, with a focus on e-commerce and logistics.

. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.

. Proven track record of delivering supply chain improvements, with a focus on cost reduction and efficiency gains.

. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience analyzing data and metrics to drive business decisions.

. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders.

. Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.

. Strong knowledge of supply chain software and systems, including WMS, TMS, and ERP.

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

. Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.

. Experience working in a global supply chain environment, with exposure to diverse cultures and markets.

. Certification in supply chain management, such as CSCP or CLTD.

. Proven experience with process improvement methodologies, such as Lean or Six Sigma.

. Strong understanding of e-commerce trends and best practices, with experience driving digital transformation.
