🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As our Remote E-commerce Operations Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in expanding our e-commerce presence in Mexico. Reporting to the Regional E-commerce Manager, you'll oversee the development and execution of e-commerce strategies to meet the needs of Mexico's growing online customer base. Your impact will be felt through increased online sales, improved customer satisfaction, and a seamless shopping experience across our platforms.

πŸ“‹ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to drive online sales growth in Mexico

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive e-commerce experience across platforms

* Analyze market trends and customer behavior to inform e-commerce decisions

* Optimize website performance, user experience, and checkout processes

* Lead A/B testing and experimentation efforts to maximize e-commerce results

* Establish and maintain relationships with e-commerce vendors and service providers

* Monitor and report on key e-commerce metrics, such as sales, website traffic, and customer satisfaction

* Stay up-to-date with the latest e-commerce trends, technologies, and best practices

βœ… REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

* 5+ years of experience in e-commerce operations, marketing, or a related field

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; Master's degree preferred

* Proven track record of driving e-commerce growth and improving customer satisfaction

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience with data analysis tools and techniques

* Excellent communication and project management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams

* Fluent in Spanish and English

* Experience with e-commerce platforms, such as Shopify or Magento

* Experience with digital marketing channels, including social media, email, and paid advertising

* Knowledge of Mexican e-commerce market trends and regulations

* Certification in e-commerce, digital marketing, or a related field

* Experience with A/B testing and experimentation tools, such as Optimizely or VWO
