šŸŽÆ ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Remote Full Stack Developer, you will play a crucial role in the development of our healthcare technology solutions. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy scalable, secure, and user-friendly applications. You will report directly to our Director of Engineering and will be responsible for the overall success of our project pipeline. Your contributions will have a significant impact on our ability to deliver innovative and effective healthcare solutions to our members.

šŸ“‹ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and develop full-stack applications using a variety of programming languages, including Java, Python, and JavaScript.

• Collaborate with our product management team to identify requirements and develop solutions that meet our members' needs.

• Develop and maintain high-quality, secure, and scalable code, following industry best practices and our internal coding standards.

• Work with our DevOps team to ensure seamless deployment and testing of our applications.

• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to improve the quality and maintainability of our codebase.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and make recommendations for future development.

• Collaborate with our QA team to identify and resolve defects.

• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design documents, and technical guides.

• Participate in on-call rotations and provide 24/7 support for our applications.

āœ… REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years of experience in full-stack development, with a focus on healthcare technology.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

• Proficiency in at least two programming languages, including Java, Python, and JavaScript.

• Experience with Agile development methodologies and version control systems, such as Git.

• Strong understanding of computer systems, including operating systems, networks, and databases.

• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex technical issues into manageable components.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Experience with cloud-based development platforms, such as AWS or Azure.

• Familiarity with containerization, using tools like Docker.

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
