šŸŽÆ ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Remote General Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Mexico-based teams. You will report to the Country Manager and work closely with department heads to ensure seamless execution of strategic plans, identify areas for improvement, and implement process enhancements. Your expertise will drive business growth, improve efficiency, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

šŸ“‹ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Develop and implement operational strategies to drive business growth, productivity, and profitability.

* Conduct regular site visits to our Mexico locations to monitor operations, provide coaching, and address any issues.

* Collaborate with department heads to establish performance metrics, set goals, and track progress.

* Analyze data to identify trends, optimize processes, and make informed decisions.

* Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

* Develop and manage operational budgets, ensuring financial resources are used effectively.

* Identify and mitigate operational risks, developing strategies to address any issues.

* Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.

* Develop and implement training programs to enhance operational knowledge and skills.

* Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

* Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.

* Develop and implement metrics to measure operational performance, identifying areas for improvement.

* Collaborate with IT to ensure system integration and data quality.

* Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

āœ… REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

* 5+ years of experience in a general operations or management role, preferably in a healthcare or pharmaceutical environment.

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.

* Proven track record of driving business growth, improving productivity, and increasing profitability.

* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

* Experience with process improvement methodologies, such as Lean or Six Sigma.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform decisions.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.

* Fluency in Spanish and English.

* Relevant certifications, such as PMP or Six Sigma Black Belt, are highly valued.

* Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.

* Experience in a regulatory or compliance role, preferably in a healthcare or pharmaceutical environment.

* Knowledge of healthcare regulations, such as HIPAA, and industry standards.

* Experience with project management software, such as Asana or Trello.

* Familiarity with data analytics tools, such as Tableau or Power BI.
