šÆ ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Remote German Language Customer Service Representative for PetSmart, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our pet owners in Germany by responding to phone, email, and chat inquiries about our products and services. You will work closely with our sales team to resolve customer complaints and provide solutions to their pet-related problems. You will report to our Customer Service Manager and will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team of customer service representatives.
š KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
⢠Respond to customer inquiries about our products and services via phone, email, and chat in German language⢠Provide solutions to customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner⢠Collaborate with our sales team to promote our products and services to customers⢠Stay up-to-date on our products and services, including promotions and sales⢠Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our company policies and procedures⢠Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and respond to customer feedback⢠Provide support to customers with online orders and returns
ā REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
⢠2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field⢠Fluency in German language (written and spoken) and English language (written and spoken)⢠High school diploma or equivalent⢠Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities⢠Strong communication and interpersonal skills⢠Ability to work remotely and independently with minimal supervision
ā PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
⢠Experience in a pet-related industry or working with animals⢠Bachelor's degree in a related field⢠Strong knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software⢠Certification in customer service or a related field⢠Experience working in a virtual team environment
