🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Remote German Language Learning Manager, you will play a key role in developing and implementing language training programs for our German-speaking employees. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to design and deliver customized learning experiences that meet the business needs of our organization. Reporting to the Director of Talent Development, you will be responsible for creating a cohesive learning strategy that aligns with our company's values and goals.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and implement language training programs for German-speaking employees, including grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation training.

Collaborate with subject matter experts to create customized learning materials and assessments.

Design and deliver engaging language learning experiences, including online and in-person training sessions.

Evaluate the effectiveness of language training programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.

Develop and maintain relationships with language learning vendors and suppliers.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in language learning and development.

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

4+ years of experience in language learning and development, preferably in the retail or hospitality industry.

Bachelor's degree in linguistics, education, or a related field.

Proven experience in designing and delivering language training programs.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Master's degree in linguistics, education, or a related field.

Experience with language learning management systems and software.

Certification in language teaching or training.

Fluency in German and English.

💰 WHAT WE OFFER

We offer a competitive salary range of EUR 50,000 - EUR 80,000 per year, depending on experience.
