🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Senior Manager, Operations Optimization, you will play a key role in driving business growth and improving operational efficiency across our Germany-based operations. You will report directly to the Operations Director and will be responsible for analyzing and implementing process improvements, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and developing and implementing strategies to reduce costs and improve productivity. Your focus will be on identifying areas of improvement and developing solutions that drive business results.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

. Analyze and identify opportunities for process improvement across our Germany-based operations, working closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions.

. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including operations teams, logistics providers, and regulatory bodies.

. Design and implement strategies to reduce costs, improve productivity, and enhance customer satisfaction.

. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies.

. Develop and maintain accurate and detailed reports, dashboards, and metrics to measure performance and drive business decisions.

. Collaborate with the operations teams to develop and implement training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

. Develop and maintain a culture of continuous improvement, recognizing and rewarding employees for their contributions to process improvement.

. Perform other duties as required, including special projects and tasks.

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

. 8+ years of experience in operations management, logistics, or a related field.

. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

. Proven track record of driving business growth and improving operational efficiency.

. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and develop solutions.

. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.

. Proficiency in MS Office, with experience using data analysis tools, such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

. MBA or Master's degree in a related field.

. Certification in Lean Six Sigma or a related methodology.

. Experience working in a multinational company or in a similar industry.

. Fluency in multiple languages, particularly German and English.

We offer a highly competitive salary range of €50,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
