šÆ ROLE OVERVIEW
As our Remote Hotel Sales and Marketing Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and improving sales performance across our hotel network in Mexico. You will work closely with our hotel teams to develop and execute sales strategies, analyze market trends, and provide data-driven insights to inform business decisions. You will report to the Regional Sales Director and will have a significant impact on the success of our hotel sales and marketing efforts.
š KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
. Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth across our hotel network in Mexico. Conduct market research and analyze competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth. Collaborate with hotel teams to develop and implement sales plans, including sales calls, email campaigns, and trade show attendance. Analyze sales data and provide insights to inform business decisions. Identify and implement process improvements to increase sales efficiency and effectiveness. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all sales channels. Develop and manage sales forecasts to inform business decisions. Provide regular sales reports to stakeholders, including hotel owners and regional management. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and share knowledge with the sales team.
ā REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
. 5+ years of experience in sales and marketing operations, preferably in the hospitality industry. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and provide insights to inform business decisions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both internal and external stakeholders. Experience with sales automation tools, such as CRM software, and ability to learn new technology quickly.
ā PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
. Master's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field. Experience working with sales performance metrics and analytics. Knowledge of data-driven decision making and sales process optimization. Experience working in a remote or hybrid environment. Proficiency in Spanish, in addition to English.
