šÆ ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Remote Inventory Optimization Specialist, you will play a critical role in optimizing inventory levels and reducing stockouts at our stores in the Philippines. You will work closely with our operations team to analyze sales data, forecast demand, and develop strategies to improve inventory turnover. You will also collaborate with our logistics team to ensure timely delivery of products to our stores. Your work will have a direct impact on our ability to offer our customers the products they want at the right price and quality.
š KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
. Develop and implement inventory optimization strategies to reduce stockouts and overstocking. Analyze sales data and forecast demand to inform inventory replenishment decisions. Collaborate with logistics team to ensure timely delivery of products to our stores. Monitor and report on inventory levels, turnover, and other key performance metrics. Identify opportunities to improve inventory management processes and develop recommendations for process improvements. Work with cross-functional teams to resolve inventory-related issues and improve customer satisfaction. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to negotiate better pricing and terms. Analyze and report on costs associated with inventory management and identify opportunities to reduce costs.
ā REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
. 4-6 years of experience in inventory management or a related field. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Proven experience with inventory management software and systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks. Knowledge of Philippine retail market and industry trends.
ā PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
. Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Certification in Supply Chain Management or a related field. Experience with data analysis and reporting tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI. Fluency in multiple languages, including English, Filipino, and at least one other local language.

As a Remote Inventory Optimization Specialist, you will receive a competitive salary ranging from PHP 50,000 to PHP 80,000 per month, depending on experience. You will also be eligible for a comprehensive health insurance plan, a retirement plan, and a generous learning and development budget.
