🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As Kohl's Remote Germany Supply Chain Data Analyst — Wholesale Optimization Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and improvement by analyzing data to optimize wholesale sales, improving profitability, and streamlining operations. Working closely with the Supply Chain Team, you will develop data-driven insights and recommendations to enhance supply chain efficiency, identify areas of improvement, and implement data-driven solutions. 📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that impact wholesale sales and profitability.

* Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to provide insights to stakeholders.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Supply Chain, Merchandising, and Finance, to identify areas of improvement and implement data-driven solutions.

* Design and implement data-driven strategies to optimize wholesale sales, improve profitability, and streamline operations.

* Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and internal teams.

* Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to inform business decisions and drive growth.

* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, continuing to develop expertise in supply chain data analysis and wholesale optimization.

* Collaborate with the Supply Chain Team to develop and implement process improvements, ensuring seamless execution and minimizing disruptions.

* Conduct ad-hoc analysis and data visualization to support business needs and initiatives.

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

* 3+ years of experience in supply chain data analysis, business analytics, or a related field.

* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, economics, or computer science.

* Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools, including Excel, SQL, and data visualization software.

* Experience working with large datasets and developing data-driven insights.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

* Proficiency in languages such as Python, R, or Julia, with experience in data analysis and machine learning.

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

* Master's degree in a quantitative field.

* Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js.

* Background in retail or e-commerce, with experience in supply chain optimization and data analysis.

* Competitive salary range of €55,000 - €75,000 per annum, based on experience.
