🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Remote Operations Manager for our German Rail Network Expansion project, you will play a critical role in overseeing the daily operations of our intercity rail network in Germany. Reporting to the Senior Program Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of our expansion plans, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and making key decisions to optimize network performance. Your expertise and leadership will drive innovation and efficiency, enabling us to deliver improved services to our customers and stakeholders.

πŸ“‹ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

. Develop and implement strategies to enhance network performance, reducing delays and improving customer satisfaction.

. Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.

. Lead cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex operational issues.

. 8+ years of experience in transportation or infrastructure management, with a focus on operations and management.

. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and drive evidence-based decision-making.

. Fluency in German and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
