As a Remote Postal Operations Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the Manila team's daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient mail processing and distribution. You will work closely with our operations team to coordinate tasks, manage workflow, and provide exceptional customer service. This role exists to enhance our customer experience, improve operational efficiency, and drive business growth. You will report directly to the Operations Manager and have a significant impact on our team's success.

šŸ“‹ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate mail processing and distribution activities with the Operations team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of mail and packages.

• Manage workflow and prioritize tasks to optimize productivity and efficiency.

• Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and online chat, resolving customer complaints and inquiries promptly and professionally.

• Develop and maintain knowledge of USPS products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.

• Collaborate with the Operations team to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.

• Analyze data and metrics to track performance and identify trends.

• Ensure compliance with USPS policies, procedures, and regulations.

• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and internal teams.

• Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry, reporting, and record-keeping.

• Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to drive business growth and improvement.

āœ… REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 3+ years of experience in operations, customer service, or a related field.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

• Proven experience in coordinating tasks, managing workflow, and providing exceptional customer service.

• Strong knowledge of USPS products, services, and policies.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Experience with data analysis and metrics tracking.
