🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Senior Data Analyst on our Finance and Operations team, you'll play a critical role in analyzing complex data sets, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to drive business decisions. You'll work closely with our clients to understand their needs, develop data visualizations, and present findings to stakeholders. Reporting to our Director of Finance and Operations, you'll have a significant impact on our clients' success and contribute to the growth of our company.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and maintain complex data models and dashboards to support business decisions.

Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored data solutions.

Analyze large data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.

Create data visualizations and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.

Work with our development team to integrate data sources and develop new data tools.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analytics.

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

5+ years of experience in data analysis and business consulting.

Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science.

Proficiency in data analysis tools, such as Excel, Tableau, and Power BI.

Experience working with databases, such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Master's degree in a quantitative field.

Certification in data analytics or business intelligence.

Experience working with cloud-based data platforms, such as AWS or Google Cloud.

Familiarity with statistical programming languages, such as R or Python.
