šÆ ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Remote Senior Data Analyst in our Retail Operations Optimization team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and improving operational efficiency across our UK stores. You will work closely with our store operations teams, analyzing data and providing actionable insights to inform business decisions. Reporting to our Head of Retail Operations, you will have a significant impact on our business, contributing to the development and implementation of data-driven initiatives that drive growth, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
š KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Collaborate with store operations teams to analyze data and provide insights that inform business decisions, driving growth, reducing costs, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Develop and maintain data visualizations, reports, and dashboards to communicate complex data insights to stakeholders, including senior leaders and store managers.
Design and implement data-driven initiatives to optimize store operations, such as stock management, inventory control, and supply chain optimization.
Work closely with our finance teams to analyze financial data, identifying areas for cost reduction and process improvement.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with store operations teams, providing exceptional support and guidance on data analysis and insights.
Identify and prioritize areas for process improvement, working with cross-functional teams to implement changes and measure their impact.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and reporting, sharing knowledge and expertise with the team.
ā REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field, with a strong background in data analysis and reporting.
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science.
Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, macros, and data visualization.
Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience working with large datasets, including data cleaning, processing, and analysis.
ā PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Master's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science.
Experience working in a retail or healthcare industry, with knowledge of operational processes and systems.
Certification in data analysis or business intelligence, such as Google Data Analytics or Tableau Certified Data Analyst.
Experience with data mining and machine learning techniques, including predictive modeling and clustering.
