🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

This role will oversee the development and execution of marketing automation strategies across Mexico, working closely with the marketing team to drive business growth and customer engagement. As the Senior Marketing Automation Specialist, you will report to the Marketing Manager and work alongside a talented team of professionals to deliver results-driven campaigns.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and implement marketing automation strategies across Mexico, leveraging data and analytics to inform campaign decisions.

Design and execute email nurture journeys, workflows, and lead scoring models to optimize customer engagement and conversion.

Collaborate with the marketing team to create and deploy targeted campaigns across social media, email, and web channels.

Analyze campaign results and provide data-driven insights to inform marketing strategy and improve ROI.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, recommending new marketing automation tools and solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Work with the IT team to integrate marketing automation systems and ensure seamless data transfer.

Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the organization to align marketing efforts with business objectives.

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

5+ years of experience in marketing automation, with expertise in marketing automation platforms (MAPs) such as Marketo or Pardot.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing automation strategies that drive business growth and customer engagement.

Strong analytical skills, with experience in data analysis and campaign ROI measurement.

Excellent communication and project management skills, with ability to work across functional teams.

Experience with email marketing tools, social media platforms, and web analytics tools.

Spanish language proficiency (written and verbal).

Familiarity with Mexican market trends and consumer behavior.

Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms.

Certification in marketing automation or related field.
