🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies to attract and acquire top talent for TD Bank's global workforce. You will work closely with hiring managers and other stakeholders to understand their recruitment needs and develop personalized solutions to meet those needs. You will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. You will also provide guidance and coaching to junior recruitment team members to help them develop their skills and knowledge.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract and acquire top talent for TD Bank's global workforce

- Manage the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates

- Work closely with hiring managers and other stakeholders to understand their recruitment needs and develop personalized solutions to meet those needs

- Provide guidance and coaching to junior recruitment team members to help them develop their skills and knowledge

- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition

- Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve recruitment processes and outcomes

- Develop and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and other external partners

- Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement HR initiatives and programs

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

- 5+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with a focus on financial services or a related industry

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

- Proven track record of success in recruitment, with a focus on diversity and inclusion

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions

- Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment software

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

- Fluency in German and English (written and verbal)

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

- Certification in recruitment or talent acquisition (e.g. SHRM, HRCI)

- Experience with recruitment agency management or external partner relationships

- Knowledge of German labor laws and regulations

- Experience with HRIS systems (e.g. Workday, SAP)
