🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Remote Supply Chain Visibility Optimization Specialist, you'll work closely with our cross-functional teams to analyze and optimize our supply chain operations. You'll develop and implement data-driven solutions to improve inventory management, reduce lead times, and enhance visibility across our supply chain. You'll report directly to our Director of Supply Chain and will have a significant impact on our company's overall profitability and customer satisfaction.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Develop and maintain advanced analytics models to forecast demand and optimize inventory levels.

- Collaborate with our logistics and transportation teams to identify and implement efficiency gains.

- Design and implement data visualizations to provide real-time visibility into our supply chain operations.

- Analyze and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform business decisions.

- Work with our suppliers and vendors to implement data-sharing agreements and optimize their operations.

- Conduct regular audits to identify and mitigate risks in our supply chain.

- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our supply chain operations.

- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

- Collaborate with our IT teams to integrate data from various systems and ensure seamless data flow.

- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights to our leadership team.

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, or a related field.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain optimization, operations research, or a related field.

- Strong experience with data analytics tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Excel.

- Experience with Python or R programming languages and familiarity with SQL.

- Strong understanding of supply chain principles, including demand management, inventory management, and logistics management.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, or a related field.

- Experience with machine learning algorithms and predictive analytics.

- Certification in Supply Chain Management or a related field.

- Familiarity with cloud-based supply chain management platforms.

- Experience working in a retail or grocery environment.

💰 WHAT WE OFFER

We offer a competitive salary range of R$ 50,000 to R$ 80,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer comprehensive health insurance, a retirement plan, and 20 vacation days per year.
