🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Technical Communications Manager, you will play a key role in creating technical content that is clear, concise, and engaging for our members and employees. You will be responsible for developing and implementing a content strategy that aligns with our business objectives and values. You will report directly to the Director of Communications and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless content delivery. Your work will have a direct impact on enhancing the overall user experience and driving business growth.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and implement a content strategy that meets the needs of our members and employees, aligned with our business objectives and values.

Create high-quality, engaging technical content (user manuals, guides, tutorials, etc.) that is accessible and easy to understand.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content accuracy, relevance, and consistency.

Maintain and update existing content to ensure it remains current and relevant.

Develop and implement a content governance framework to ensure compliance with our brand and quality standards.

Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure content accuracy and relevance.

Ensure content is accessible and meets accessibility standards.

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

5+ years of experience in technical communications, content strategy, or a related field.

Bachelor's degree in Communications, English, Journalism, or a related field.

Proven experience in developing and implementing content strategies that drive business results.

Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.

Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Experience with content management systems (CMS) and content creation tools.

Master's degree in Communications, English, Journalism, or a related field.

Experience working in the financial services sector or a related industry.

Certifications in content strategy, technical communications, or a related field.

Experience with accessibility standards and compliance.

Salary range: €50,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
