šÆ ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Remote Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of technical projects across Lowe's home improvement retail operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including software development, product management, and operations, to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. You will report directly to the Senior Director of IT Projects and will be part of our global IT team. Your impact will be seen in the efficient and effective execution of technical projects, contributing to the improvement of our customer experience and operational efficiency.
š KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop project plans, schedules, and resource allocation plans for technical projects across multiple teams and departments.
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
Coordinate and manage project meetings, status updates, and progress reports.
Develop and maintain project dashboards, tracking progress, and identifying potential risks.
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.
Provide technical project management support to project teams, including resource allocation, budgeting, and timeline planning.
ā REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical project management, preferably in a retail or home improvement industry.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience working with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in project management tools, such as Asana, Jira, or MS Project.
Experience with Agile project management methodologies and Scrum framework.
ā PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Certification in Project Management, such as PMP or Agile Certified Practitioner.
Experience with cloud-based project management tools, such as Trello or Basecamp.
Familiarity with home improvement retail operations and technology.
Ability to work in a remote environment and collaborate with global teams.

We offer a competitive salary range of EUR 50,000 - EUR 80,000 per year, depending on experience.
