🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Restaurant Operations Manager (Regional), you will be responsible for the overall success of our regional portfolio of restaurants, driving sales growth while ensuring excellent customer service and employee satisfaction. You will lead a team of restaurant managers and supervisors, providing coaching and guidance to help them meet their performance targets. Your expertise will be crucial in implementing our company's strategies and initiatives, such as menu innovation, digital transformation, and training programs. You will report directly to the Regional Director and work closely with other functions, including marketing, supply chain, and HR.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Develop and implement regional business plans, setting performance targets and ensuring their achievement through effective execution and coaching.

* Lead a team of restaurant managers and supervisors, providing guidance, training, and support to enhance their skills and knowledge.

* Foster a positive and inclusive work culture, promoting employee engagement, retention, and satisfaction.

* Conduct regular restaurant visits to assess performance, provide feedback, and identify areas for improvement.

* Collaborate with the Regional Director and other functions to develop and implement regional strategies, initiatives, and programs.

* Analyze sales trends, customer feedback, and other data to inform business decisions and drive growth.

* Manage regional budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting to ensure accurate and timely information.

* Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement.

* Develop and maintain strong relationships with franchisees, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of regional plans.

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

4+ years of experience in restaurant operations, management, or a related field, with a proven track record of success in driving sales growth and improving restaurant performance.

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.

* Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed business decisions.

* Experience with restaurant management software, such as Aloha or Micros, and other digital tools.

* Knowledge of labor laws, safety regulations, and food safety standards, with the ability to ensure compliance.

* Fluency in German and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with teams across languages and cultures.

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

* MBA or Master's degree in a related field.

* Experience in the quick-service industry, with knowledge of Burger King's operations and systems.

* Certification in restaurant management, such as Certified Restaurant Manager (CRM).

* Proven ability to drive innovation and improvement, with a track record of introducing new menu items, promotions, or processes.

💰 WHAT WE OFFER

We offer a highly competitive salary of EUR 60,000 - EUR 80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
