π― ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Retail Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of retail operations specialists to drive business growth, improve customer experiences, and optimize store performance. You will report directly to the Germany Market Lead and will be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced retail environment. Your impact will be measured by key performance indicators such as sales growth, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
π KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Develop and implement retail strategies to drive sales growth and customer loyalty in the Germany market.
* Lead a team of retail operations specialists to ensure seamless execution of store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and customer service.
* Analyze sales trends, customer behavior, and market dynamics to inform business decisions and optimize store performance.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and logistics, to drive business growth and improve customer experiences.
* Conduct regular store visits to provide coaching, feedback, and support to store teams.
* Develop and implement process improvements to increase operational efficiency and reduce costs.
* Collaborate with the Germany Market Lead to develop and implement market strategies to drive business growth.
* Provide regular reporting and insights to the Germany Market Lead and senior leadership team.
* Foster a culture of customer-centricity, innovation, and continuous improvement within the retail operations team.
β REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
* 5+ years of experience in retail operations, with a proven track record of driving business growth and improving customer experiences.
* Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales trends and customer behavior.
* Proficiency in MS Office, with experience in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
* Experience working in a fast-paced retail environment, with a strong understanding of retail operations and customer service principles.

* Master's degree in business administration or a related field.
