🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Retail Operations Manager, you'll play a critical role in driving multichannel growth and ensuring seamless customer experiences across all Target stores. You'll report directly to the Director of Operations and will be responsible for leading a team of Operations Specialists to achieve business objectives. Your success will be measured by your ability to drive sales growth, improve store operations, and enhance the shopping experience for our guests.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Develop and implement operational strategies to drive multichannel sales growth and improve the shopping experience for guests

* Lead a team of Operations Specialists to achieve business objectives and drive sales growth

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including merchandising, marketing, and logistics, to ensure seamless execution of business plans

* Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and develop strategies to address these gaps

* Implement operational processes and procedures to improve efficiency and reduce costs

* Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products and services

* Identify and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce waste

* Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of Operations Specialists

* Conduct regular store visits to assess store operations and provide coaching and feedback to store teams

* Collaborate with the Director of Operations to develop and implement operational strategies to drive business growth

* Develop and maintain reporting and analytics to track key performance indicators and identify areas for improvement

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

* 5+ years of experience in retail operations, with a focus on multichannel growth and customer experience

* Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving operational efficiency

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop actionable recommendations

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

* Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with retail analytics tools

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

* MBA or related advanced degree

* Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment

* Knowledge of retail technology platforms, including point-of-sale, inventory management, and customer relationship management systems

* Experience with data analytics and business intelligence tools, such as Tableau or Power BI

* Certification in operations management or a related field

💰 WHAT WE OFFER

* Salary range: £50,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience
