🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Senior AI Ethics Consultant for Financial Services, you will be working closely with clients to understand their AI adoption strategies and implement responsible AI practices. You will identify and mitigate potential risks associated with AI and machine learning in financial services, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. You will report to the AI Ethics Practice Lead and will work collaboratively with a cross-functional team of data scientists, technologists, and business consultants.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Design and implement AI ethics frameworks for financial services clients, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements such as GDPR and FINMA. Conduct AI risk assessments and provide recommendations to mitigate potential risks associated with AI and machine learning. Develop and deliver training programs for clients on responsible AI practices, including bias detection and fairness. Collaborate with clients to identify and address AI-related issues, such as data ethics and AI explainability. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and emerging trends in AI and machine learning.

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

5+ years of experience in AI ethics, data ethics, or a related field. Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field. Strong understanding of AI and machine learning concepts, including deep learning and natural language processing. Experience with AI ethics frameworks and tools, such as the AI for Good framework. Strong communication and project management skills.

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Ph.D. in AI or a related field. Experience working with financial services clients or in the financial industry. Certification in AI ethics or data science. Experience with AI explainability and interpretability techniques.
