šŸŽÆ ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Senior Business Development Manager for E-commerce Solutions, you will lead the development and execution of our e-commerce strategy to increase online sales and enhance the overall customer experience. You will be responsible for analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities for growth, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven solutions. Reporting directly to the Director of E-commerce, you will take ownership of projects that drive business outcomes, foster a culture of innovation, and contribute to the company's long-term success. Your expertise will help us stay competitive in the e-commerce landscape and drive revenue growth.

šŸ“‹ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to increase online sales, improve customer engagement, and drive business growth.

Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, logistics, and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of e-commerce initiatives.

Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of e-commerce initiatives and identify areas for improvement.

Stay up-to-date with the latest e-commerce technologies, trends, and best practices to drive innovation and stay ahead of the competition.

Develop and manage budgets to ensure effective allocation of resources for e-commerce initiatives.

Provide training and support to e-commerce teams to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to execute e-commerce initiatives.

Identify and prioritize opportunities for process improvements, and develop and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Work closely with the director of e-commerce to develop and execute the e-commerce strategy and provide regular updates on progress.

Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, suppliers, and partners, to ensure successful execution of e-commerce initiatives.

āœ… REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

8+ years of experience in business development, e-commerce, or a related field.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Proven track record of success in developing and executing e-commerce strategies that drive business growth and revenue.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve business objectives.

Fluency in Spanish and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.

Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Certification in e-commerce, digital marketing, or a related field.
