🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst on our Omnichannel Insights team, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining data visualizations that inform business decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their needs, design dashboards, and deliver actionable insights. You will report directly to the Director of Business Intelligence and will have the opportunity to mentor junior team members.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

. Develop and maintain complex data visualizations, including reports, dashboards, and stories, using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik.

. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs, develop solutions, and deliver insights that drive business growth.

. Design and implement data pipelines to extract, transform, and load data from various sources.

. Ensure data quality, integrity, and security, adhering to industry standards and company policies.

. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying new techniques and tools to enhance our analytics capabilities.

. Develop and maintain documentation, including data dictionaries, metadata, and user guides.

. Provide subject matter expertise to junior team members, helping them develop their skills and knowledge.

. Conduct data analysis, identifying trends, patterns, and anomalies that inform business decisions.

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

. 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or a related field.

. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field.

. Expert-level proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik.

. Strong understanding of data modeling, database design, and data warehousing concepts.

. Experience with cloud-based data platforms, such as AWS or Azure.

. Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

. Master's degree in Business Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.

. Experience with data engineering, including data pipelines, ETL, and data architecture.

. Knowledge of big data technologies, such as Hadoop, Spark, or NoSQL databases.

. Experience with machine learning algorithms and techniques.

💰 WHAT WE OFFER

As a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst at Costco, you can expect a competitive salary range of $65,000 to $85,000 per year, paid bi-weekly.
