šÆ ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and improvement through data-driven insights. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including retail operations, supply chain, and finance, to develop and maintain business intelligence (BI) tools and reports that enable data-driven decision-making. You will also collaborate with data analysts and scientists to develop predictive models and analytical solutions to drive business growth and optimization. As a remote employee, you will be part of a global team that values collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
š KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and maintain BI tools and reports that provide real-time insights into business performance across various metrics, including sales, customer engagement, and supply chain efficiency
Collaborate with data analysts and scientists to develop predictive models and analytical solutions to drive business growth and optimization
Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop data-driven recommendations to drive business growth and improvement
Develop and maintain data visualizations and dashboards to communicate insights to stakeholders, including business leaders, retail operations teams, and finance teams
Develop and maintain data governance and quality controls to ensure data accuracy and integrity
Collaborate with IT teams to design and implement data infrastructure and tools to support business intelligence and analytics
Provide training and support to business users on BI tools and reports to ensure successful adoption and use
ā REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 5 years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a related field
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
Proven experience with data modeling, data visualization, and data governance
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to communicate complex insights to non-technical stakeholders
Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
Experience with data infrastructure and tools, such as relational databases, data warehouses, or cloud-based platforms
ā PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
Experience with machine learning and predictive modeling
Experience with cloud-based platforms, such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure
Certification in business intelligence, data analytics, or a related field
