šŸŽÆ ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Senior Business Process Optimization Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving process improvements across our organization. Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for optimization, design and implement process changes, and measure the impact of these changes. Your focus will be on streamlining operations, enhancing efficiency, and improving member experiences.

šŸ“‹ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to reduce costs, increase productivity, and enhance member satisfaction.

• Conduct thorough process analyses to identify opportunities for improvement and develop recommendations to address these opportunities.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement process changes, including developing training plans and communicating changes to team members.

• Develop and track metrics to measure the impact of process improvements, and make data-driven decisions to inform future process changes.

• Provide thought leadership and guidance to junior team members on process optimization best practices.

• Conduct regular business process reviews to identify new areas for improvement.

• Develop and maintain process documentation, including procedures, policies, and training materials.

• Identify and implement opportunities to leverage technology to improve business processes.

• Collaborate with IT to implement process improvements that require technology changes.

āœ… REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years of experience in business process optimization, process improvement, or a related field.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

• Proven track record of driving process improvements that result in measurable cost savings, productivity gains, or enhanced member experiences.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform process decisions.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

• Experience with process mapping, lean methodology, and continuous improvement principles.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with process improvement software.

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

• Certification in process improvement, such as Certified Process Improvement Professional (CPIM) or Certified Quality Engineer (CQE).

• Experience working in a healthcare or insurance industry.

• Experience with data analytics tools, such as Tableau or Power BI.
