🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

This Senior Business Transformation Consultant will play a critical role in driving business growth and efficiency within our UK operations. You will be responsible for leading business process improvements, implementing new technologies, and developing strategic partnerships. This role will report to the Director of UK Operations and will have a significant impact on the company's overall performance.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

. Develop and implement business process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for growth and implement strategic initiatives.

. Design and implement new technologies to streamline operations and improve customer experience.

. Build and maintain strategic partnerships with key suppliers and vendors.

. Develop and manage project budgets and resource allocation.

. Provide thought leadership and recommendations to senior leadership on business transformation and growth initiatives.

. Develop and implement dashboards and metrics to track key performance indicators.

. Lead and facilitate workshops and training sessions to educate teams on new processes and technologies.

. Identify and mitigate risks associated with business transformations.

. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, teams, and external partners.

. Conduct competitor and market research to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

. Develop and maintain business transformation roadmaps and strategic plans.

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

. 10+ years of experience in business transformation, consulting, or a related field.

. Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration, management, or engineering.

. Proven experience in leading business process improvements and implementing new technologies.

. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.

. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

. Experience working with data analytics tools and software.

. Certification in business process improvement or a related field is a plus.

. Master's degree in a related field.

. Experience working in a retail or e-commerce environment.

. Familiarity with Sam's Club's products and services.
