🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Senior Clinical Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in our digital health team by analyzing and interpreting complex clinical data to inform business decisions and improve patient outcomes. You will work closely with our data scientists, clinicians, and business leaders to design and implement data-driven solutions that drive growth and improve patient care. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining data visualizations, reports, and dashboards to communicate insights and trends to our stakeholders.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and maintain complex clinical data models and algorithms to analyze and interpret large datasets

Design and implement data visualizations, reports, and dashboards to communicate insights and trends to stakeholders

Work closely with data scientists, clinicians, and business leaders to design and implement data-driven solutions that drive growth and improve patient care

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop data solutions to meet those needs

Develop and implement data quality and data governance best practices to ensure data accuracy and integrity

Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to inform business decisions and improve patient outcomes

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve data analysis and visualization skills

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

8+ years of experience in a clinical data analysis or related role

Master's degree in a related field, such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science

Strong experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI

Expert-level skills in SQL and data modeling

Experience with data governance and data quality best practices

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Ph.D. in a related field, such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science

Experience with machine learning algorithms and data science frameworks, such as Python or R

Certification in data science or data analysis, such as Certified Data Scientist or Certified Analytics Professional

Strong experience with cloud-based data platforms, such as Amazon Web Services or Microsoft Azure
