π― ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Senior Clinical Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in our Digital Health team, working closely with clinicians, researchers, and IT experts to design, develop, and implement data analytics solutions that drive clinical decision-making and patient outcomes. You will be responsible for gathering and analyzing large datasets, identifying trends and insights, and communicating findings to stakeholders. You will also work on project management tasks, such as coordinating with cross-functional teams and managing project timelines and budgets.
π KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Design and develop data analytics solutions using SQL, Python, and R programming languages to extract insights from large datasets
Collaborate with clinicians and researchers to gather requirements and define data needs for clinical research and quality improvement projects
Develop and maintain data visualizations and reports to communicate findings to stakeholders
Conduct data quality checks and ensure data integrity and consistency
Participate in project management tasks, such as coordinating with cross-functional teams and managing project timelines and budgets
Develop and implement data governance policies and procedures to ensure data security and compliance
Create and maintain data dictionaries and metadata to support data reuse and sharing
β REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
7 years of experience in data analytics, clinical data management, or a related field
Master's degree in a relevant field, such as Public Health, Epidemiology, or Computer Science
Experience with SQL, Python, and R programming languages
Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
Certification in data science or analytics, such as Certified Data Analyst (CDA) or Certified Analytics Professional (CAP)
β PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience with data governance frameworks and data quality initiatives
Certification in project management, such as Agile or Scrum
Experience with electronic health records (EHRs) and clinical data repositories
Experience with data sharing and collaboration platforms, such as data.gov or Figshare

Base salary: 50,000 - 80,000 EUR per year
