As a Senior Clinical Data Analyst on our Real-world Evidence Insights team, you will play a critical role in analyzing and interpreting large datasets to inform business decisions and improve healthcare outcomes. You will report to the Director of Real-world Evidence Insights and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects. As a Senior Clinical Data Analyst, you will have a significant impact on the development of new business initiatives, product launches, and strategic partnerships.

šŸ“‹ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Senior Clinical Data Analyst, your key responsibilities will include:

- Leading the analysis and interpretation of large datasets to inform business decisions and improve healthcare outcomes

- Collaborating with data scientists, clinicians, and business stakeholders to design and execute data analysis projects

- Developing and maintaining complex data models and algorithms to extract insights from large datasets

- Providing expert-level guidance on data analysis and interpretation to business stakeholders

- Communicating complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders through clear and concise reports and presentations

- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the team's continued relevance and competitiveness

- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects

- Providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior data analysts

āœ… REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- 7+ years of experience in data analysis or a related field

- Advanced degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science

- Strong programming skills in languages such as R, Python, or SQL

- Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex insights to non-technical stakeholders

- Experience working with large datasets and developing complex data models and algorithms

- Strong technical skills, with a focus on data analysis and interpretation

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

While not required, the following skills and qualifications would be a plus:

- Experience working in the healthcare industry or with healthcare data

- Familiarity with machine learning algorithms and techniques
