🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Senior Cloud Architect for Global Streaming Platforms, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud infrastructure solutions to support our global streaming business. You will report directly to the Head of Cloud Architecture and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with our applications and services. In this role, you will have a significant impact on the overall performance and reliability of our cloud infrastructure, enabling us to deliver a seamless viewing experience to our members worldwide.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Design and implement scalable cloud infrastructure solutions using AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform technologies to support our streaming business.

- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure seamless integration with our applications and services.

- Develop and maintain technical documentation and standards for cloud architecture and engineering.

- Work with security teams to ensure cloud infrastructure meets our security requirements.

- Conduct regular cloud infrastructure monitoring and optimization to ensure efficient use of cloud resources.

- Participate in the development and implementation of cloud-based disaster recovery and business continuity plans.

- Collaborate with the cloud operations team to ensure smooth operation and maintenance of cloud infrastructure.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest cloud technologies and trends to ensure our cloud infrastructure remains innovative and competitive.

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

- 8+ years of experience in cloud architecture and engineering, with a focus on scalability, security, and cost-effectiveness.

- Strong understanding of cloud computing platforms, including AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform.

- Proficiency in cloud orchestration tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, and Azure Resource Manager.

- Experience with containerization using Docker and Kubernetes.

- Strong knowledge of security best practices and compliance requirements.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Experience with cloud-native applications and microservices architecture.

- Knowledge of cloud-based machine learning and artificial intelligence services.
