🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Cloud Operations Specialist to join our Digital Marketing team. As a key player in our cloud operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our cloud-based infrastructure, applications, and services, ensuring high uptime, security, and performance. You will report directly to the Cloud Operations Manager and work closely with our development teams to implement new technologies and services. Your expertise will have a significant impact on the success of our digital marketing initiatives, enabling us to deliver high-quality experiences to our customers across the globe.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, implement, and manage cloud-based infrastructure, applications, and services, including AWS and Azure environments.

• Ensure high uptime, security, and performance of our cloud-based infrastructure, applications, and services.

• Collaborate with development teams to implement new technologies and services, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.

• Develop and maintain cloud-based monitoring tools and scripts, providing real-time visibility into system performance and availability.

• Investigate and resolve complex technical issues, escalating critical incidents to senior engineering teams.

• Develop and maintain cloud-based documentation, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information for engineering teams.

• Participate in on-call rotations, providing 24/7 support for our cloud-based infrastructure, applications, and services.

• Collaborate with the Cloud Operations Manager to develop and implement cloud operations best practices, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.

• Develop and maintain metrics and reports to measure cloud operations performance, identifying areas for improvement.

• Work closely with security teams to ensure compliance with security policies and procedures.

• Develop and maintain relationships with cloud service providers, negotiating contracts and resolving technical issues.

• Collaborate with engineering teams to design and implement cloud-based migrations, minimizing disruptions to our customers.

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years of experience in cloud operations, with expertise in AWS and Azure environments.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

• Advanced knowledge of cloud security, compliance, and regulatory requirements.

• Strong experience with containerization technologies, such as Docker and Kubernetes.

• Expertise in monitoring tools, such as Prometheus, Grafana, and New Relic.

• Experience with automation tools, such as Ansible, Terraform, and AWS CloudFormation.

• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, and C++.

• Experience with cloud-based data storage solutions, such as S3 and Azure Blob Storage.

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

• Experience with cloud-based DevOps tools, such as Jenkins and GitLab.

• Experience with cloud-based CI/CD pipelines, such as GitLab CI/CD and AWS CodePipeline.

• Strong knowledge of cloud-based security best practices, including encryption, access control, and identity management.

• Experience with cloud-based migration tools, such as AWS Database Migration Service and Azure Database Migration Service.

💰 WHAT WE OFFER

As a Senior Cloud Operations Specialist, you will be offered a competitive salary between €60,000 and €80,000 per year, depending on experience.
