Senior Cloud Security Architect — Mexico Financial Services

🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Senior Cloud Security Architect at Meta, you'll play a critical role in designing and implementing secure cloud architectures for our Mexico financial services customers. You'll work closely with our engineering and security teams to develop secure solutions that meet the needs of our customers while also ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards. You'll report to our Head of Cloud Security and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop secure cloud architectures for Mexico financial services customers using AWS and Azure platforms.

Design and implement encryption solutions to protect sensitive customer data.

Collaborate with engineering teams to develop secure software development life cycles (SDLCs).

Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability analyses to identify potential security threats.

Develop and maintain security policies and procedures for cloud-based systems.

Conduct security awareness training for Meta teams.

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

5+ years of experience in cloud security architecture.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Strong knowledge of cloud security platforms, including AWS and Azure.

Experience with encryption solutions, such as AWS Key Management Service (KMS).

Strong understanding of security standards and regulations, such as PCI-DSS and GDPR.

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Experience with DevOps tools, such as Jenkins and Docker.

Certification in cloud security, such as AWS Certified Security - Specialty.

💰 WHAT WE OFFER

We offer a competitive salary range of 500,000 - 800,000 MXN per year.
