As a Senior Content Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in defining and implementing our content strategy across all channels. You will be responsible for creating, curating, and distributing high-quality content that resonates with our audience. This includes developing content guidelines, managing our content calendar, and working closely with our marketing and product teams to ensure seamless execution. You will report directly to our Head of Content, and your work will have a direct impact on our brand's reputation and customer engagement. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with a talented team of writers, designers, and developers to create amazing experiences for our users.

šŸ“‹ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Develop and maintain our content strategy across all channels, including social media, blog, email, and product

* Create high-quality, engaging content that resonates with our audience, including blog posts, social media posts, and email campaigns

* Manage our content calendar, ensuring timely and consistent publication of content across all channels

* Collaborate with our marketing and product teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of our content strategy

* Develop and implement content guidelines and best practices to ensure consistency and quality across all content

* Analyze content performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize our content strategy

* Work closely with our design and development teams to create visually appealing and engaging content experiences

* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in content marketing

* Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to source high-quality content

āœ… REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

* 5+ years of experience in content operations, content marketing, or a related field

* Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or a related field

* Proven track record of developing and executing successful content strategies that drive engagement and conversions

* Strong understanding of content marketing principles and best practices

* Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills

* Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team

* Strong organizational and project management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

* Experience with content management systems, such as WordPress or Drupal

* Master's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or a related field

* Experience with A/B testing and experimentation in content marketing
