šŸŽÆ ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Senior Customer Acquisition Marketing Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving growth and revenue for Yelp's EMEA business. You will work closely with our marketing team to design, execute, and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and paid advertising. You will also collaborate with our product team to develop data-driven insights that inform product roadmaps and feature priorities. Your work will have a direct impact on driving user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth, and you will be a key member of our team that is shaping the future of Yelp in the EMEA region.

šŸ“‹ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention across various channels.

Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute A/B testing experiments to optimize campaign performance.

Analyze and report on campaign performance using data analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Mixpanel.

Work with the product team to develop data-driven insights that inform product roadmaps and feature priorities.

Identify and prioritize opportunities to improve customer experience and drive retention through data analysis and experimentation.

Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as campaign ROI, customer acquisition cost, and customer lifetime value.

āœ… REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

5+ years of experience in marketing analytics or a related field.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, and Excel.

Experience with A/B testing and experimentation methodologies.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Experience with programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.

Certification in data analysis or marketing analytics.

Experience working with marketing automation platforms such as Marketo or HubSpot.
