šÆ ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Senior Customer Experience Improvement Project Manager at ALDI, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional projects aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty. You will work closely with our retail operations team to identify areas for improvement and implement strategic initiatives to drive business growth. Reporting directly to our Head of Retail Operations, you will be expected to deliver high-impact results and contribute to the company's overall vision.
š KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
⢠Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify customer pain points and develop solutions to drive loyalty and retention.
⢠Lead projects aimed at improving customer experience, including initiatives related to store operations, product offerings, and loyalty programs.
⢠Analyze customer feedback and sales data to inform business decisions and drive growth.
⢠Develop and implement strategic plans to address customer complaints and improve overall satisfaction.
⢠Work closely with our retail operations team to ensure seamless execution of projects and initiatives.
⢠Identify and implement opportunities to reduce waste, improve efficiency, and enhance profitability.
⢠Communicate project updates, results, and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.
⢠Identify and mitigate potential risks and obstacles to project success.
⢠Collaborate with external vendors and partners to source innovative solutions and improve customer experience.
⢠Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
ā REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
⢠5+ years of experience in a customer-facing or project management role.
⢠Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
⢠Proven track record of improving customer satisfaction and loyalty in a retail or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) environment.
⢠Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and drive business decisions.
⢠Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
⢠Experience with project management methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall.
⢠Working knowledge of retail operations, customer experience, and loyalty programs.
⢠Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and drive business decisions.
ā PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
⢠Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
⢠Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
⢠Strong understanding of digital marketing and e-commerce principles.
⢠Familiarity with data analytics tools, such as Tableau or Power BI.
⢠Certification in project management, such as PMP or Agile.

As a Senior Customer Experience Improvement Project Manager at ALDI, you can expect a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) retirement plan.
