π― ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Senior Customer Experience Strategist for German Markets, you will be responsible for developing and implementing customer experience strategies to drive sales growth, enhance customer satisfaction, and increase loyalty. You will report directly to the Head of Customer Experience and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver results. This role is critical to our success in the German market, and your impact will be felt across the organization.
π KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and execute customer experience strategies to drive sales growth, enhance customer satisfaction, and increase loyalty in the German market.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and supply chain, to deliver customer experience initiatives.
Conduct customer research and analysis to identify trends, preferences, and pain points.
Design and implement loyalty programs, promotions, and events to drive customer engagement.
Develop and maintain customer experience metrics and KPIs to measure success.
Partner with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement and sales.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, providing insights and recommendations to inform customer experience strategies.
Analyze customer feedback and sentiment to identify areas for improvement.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners.
β REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
8+ years of experience in customer experience, marketing, or a related field.
Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful customer experience strategies.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Fluency in German and English.
β PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Certification in customer experience or marketing.
Experience working in the convenience store or retail industry.
Knowledge of market research and analysis tools.

Salary range: β¬55,000 - β¬80,000 per annum.
