🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Senior Customer Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of high net worth clients, providing tailored financial solutions, and driving revenue growth. You will report to the Regional Manager and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Your success will be measured by client satisfaction, loyalty, and revenue growth.

Manage a portfolio of 50 high net worth clients, providing personalized financial solutions to meet their unique needs and goals.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial objectives and preferences.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for revenue growth and client retention.

Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition.

Develop and implement strategic plans to acquire new clients and expand existing relationships.

Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client concerns and resolving issues promptly.

βœ… REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

8 years of experience in customer relationship management, preferably in the financial services industry.

Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

Proven track record of driving revenue growth and client satisfaction.

Strong knowledge of financial products and services, including investment management, wealth management, and banking.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a leading financial institution.

Certification in wealth management or a related field, such as CFA or CFP.

Familiarity with client relationship management software and technology.
